JX Fundamentals was founded in the year 2020 by a fitness professional and clinical massage therapist, Jong and yanXi with the mission to help people stay active and enjoy their sports without pain.

Our founders resonates deeply with the frustration of having to give up your passion due to injuries and that drove them to pursuing the knowledge and education to help people get out of pain to live an active life without compromises.

JX Fundamentals' approach focuses on mastery of the fundamentals in Fitness, Nutrition and Recovery. We empower our clients to navigate through challenges with confidence, adaptability and long-term resilience.
